Windows 10: Qualcomm QCA9377 very slow on my dell laptop

Hi

I just want to know that why my network speed is horrendously slow on my dell laptop, getting only 10 mbps (I bought a 1GBPS connection, my laptop support's 5G but its still slow ). I don't understand why its too slow. is this is a problem of windows or QUALCOMM or something else which I never know?

here are the other information:

Windows 10 Pro version 1903 (build no: 18362.959 )

Qualcomm device : Qualcomm QCA 9377 802.11ac network adapter

Dell laptop: Inspiron 3583

Not just about old computers, on *116, I was losing WIFI intermittently, the network would disconnect. Reverting to *113 was the only solution. Not to mention the Sandbox startup issue.

Cannot update Qualcomm athero QCA9377

My Asus laptop will not connect to wifi. The troubleshooter tells me it's due to a Qualcomm atheros QCA9377 Wireless Network Adaptor error. I attempted to update it, but unfortunately I am unable to find or download the update because my laptop doesn't
have an internet connection. I also do not have the ability to connect physically to the router (my laptop only has 2 USB, and a HDMI cable, no ethernet port). How do I fix it?
