Windows 10: Qualcomm QCA9377 Wifi Adapter not starting

Hi! I have a fairly new (~10 months) Dell Inspiron 5676. A week ago, I was trying to fix a crashed thumb drive and my computer itself reset. When I rebooted it, the wifi wouldn't connect at all. Restarting and uninstalling the driver had no effect; I kept getting Error Code 10: Device won't start. I did a factory reset on the computer and still it won't connect. Today, I uninstalled the driver software, downloaded it again from the Dell Support Site, and it still won't connect. Connecting it via Ethernet cable isn't an option right now. Does anyone have any suggestions before I take it to the shop tomorrow?

Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 WirelessNetworkAdapter is missing/not present

Hello, I'm using an ASUS X442URR

my laptop suddenly not connected to wifi, my wifi driver (qualcomm) is also missing in the device manager






The wireless adapter under Qualcomm is not available in the device manager menu, not even if i scan for hardware changes,

uninstall, re-install the adapter plus necessary driver, reboot the computer, nor even if I do a network reset. and the only way im using the wifi is using the external wifi adapter

Are there any other solutions to this problem to make the wireless adapter appear?

Windows 10, 64bit system version 1909

Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Wireless adapter errors

Hi All,

I keep getting disconnected on my Wifi every 10mins or so since 23 Sep 2019. After some time, it would stop connecting. I have to manually go to the device manager and disable the "Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Wireless adapter" and re-enable it to get it working.
Sometimes it works, other times it won't. If it doesn't, restarting the computer helps. I am pretty sure this is a short term solution.

I have updated the driver and troubleshooting mentioned that it is the latest version. Is there a bug or it is not compatible with the latest windows update.

Below are the information:

Windows version: 10.0.18362 build 18362

Laptop: Asus vivobook S14 X411UF

Wireless adapter: Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Wireless adapter

Wireless adapter version: 12.0.0.815

Any help is appreciated. This is getting immensely frustrating!

Not just about old computers, on *116, I was losing WIFI intermittently, the network would disconnect. Reverting to *113 was the only solution. Not to mention the Sandbox startup issue.
