Windows 10: Qualcomm USB Modem 6000 gives "Connection is restricted"

Hello from Italy!I own and succesfully use from several month a Qualcomm USB Modem 6000 4G on a pair of old Eee Asus pc with Windows XP SP3.Now migrating on a Windows 10 computer Teclast F6.Named Usb modem gives "Connection is restricted" and it is impossible to use it. The same works perfectly on a pair of Windows 10 computer of my sons.Which could be the problem?Thank you.Gianni

I can't connect to my Qualcomm 6000 modem

I can't connect to operator with my qualcomm 6000 usb modem. I already updated the driver but it didn't worked.

It says "Error 720 : A connection to the remote computer could not be established. You might need to change the network settings for this connection."

It is the first time i try on my computer. But it works on other computer.

I have try other modem but the same Qualcomm 6000 modem but other manufacturer, and it isn't work.

my windows cant check update and open ms store it say no internet conection, but my modem already conect, browsing an online gaming no problem but if windows and apps can't usen conection from modem (my modem qualcomm 6000 3g and 4g modem)
