Windows 10: Quality dropping after losing signal and restarting

I’ve run into an issue where my monitor randomly lost signal, but the power button stopped working unless I held it to force shut down. Upon turning it back on, for some reason the screen quality dropped immensely. I tried restarting with the monitor unplugged, then plugging it back in when it is on, but that leads back to the no signal screen. I’ve had this problem before, and I fixed it by updating my pc, but I tried it this time but it didn’t work. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

To check the signal strength of a Wi-Fi connection using Command Prompt, use these steps:

1. Open Start.
2. Search for Command Prompt and click the top result to open the app.
3. Type the following command to view the Wi-Fi signal strength and press Enter:
   netsh wlan show interfaces
   
4. See the Signal field to determine the signal quality. (If the output number is equal or higher than 80, then the strength of the signal is good.)

I am also facing problem with signals in my n8 , my signal strength is always full but when i make a call three to four bars of signal immediatelly drops. please suggest me what should i do..
