Windows 10: Quality/safety of Windows 10 build-in VPN

Discus and support Quality/safety of Windows 10 build-in VPN in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; Hi, Im now using OpenVPN with Windows 10 pro 64 bits build 10586.     Hi,
    Im now using OpenVPN with Windows 10 pro 64 bits build 10586.
    Windows 10 has a build-in VPN.
    I'm wondering how good this build-in VPN is.
    Better/safer than OpenVPN?; or worse?

    VPN apps in Windows 10 Family Safety

    For Windows 10 Family Safety, I would like to see a "child" account block VPN apps by default (in the Microsoft app store)... but if these are rated "everyone", then someone with a "child" account could certainly install them. Wouldn't it then be possible
    to circumvent any family safety controls?

    VPN isn't working on Windows Phone 10

    VPN isn't working on windows phone 10 (.166) build. Such as Hotspot shield VPN or in other apps. Any solution for this issue???

    Settings -> network and internet -> VPN -> add a VPN -> VPN provider -> Windows build-in.
