Windows 10: Quality updates are not installing error 0x80070643

0x80070643 is the error code shows when I install quality updates on my computer. It never install and only shows that error and saying that there was problem installing updates and try again later. I tried multiple times without success. Im running Windows 11 and this is my problem.

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
