  1. Quality Windows Audio Video Experience tanks my RAM, whats wrong?

I recently bought a almost brand new computer exept ssd and hard drive. And for some reason "Quality Windows Audio Video Experience" tanks my RAM to sometimes over 12000MB and kills my computer. Anyone knows whats wrong? I updated my computer and that removed it for about a week or so and now its back again and the number keeps climbing the more the computer are one.

  2. Remote Desktop Audio and Video Quality Assistance

Currently remoting into my laptop via a remote desktop manager where I have a WYSE DELL client as my remote support to login. My problem is that I have used up all of my "tech knowledge" to try to improve the audio and video quality, as outlined below:

    • In the remote manager before logging in:
      • Turned off compression
      • Went to full 1gb full duplex
      • enabled remote fx
    • On the laptop after remoting in:
      • Went into GPEDIT and enabled high quality audio and all other low to high quality settings
      • Uninstalled realtek drivers and installed back
      • Uninstalled video drivers and installed back
My main problem is that I am having horrible static when playing either a video and or a song on spotify. What else can be done as I am getting tired of this static noise......

    TIA!!
