Windows 10: Que es ETD_GetSmart.exe, MSI7EB5.tmp y MSI7EA4.tmp?

Buenas tardes, hace unos dias he notado que la proteccion de memoria protegida de Windows Defender bloqueo a ETD_GetSmart.exe, MSI7EB5.tmp y MSI7EA4.tmp entre otros como DST.exe y TouchPointAnalyticsClient.exe pero estos dos ultimos ya encontre su respectiva ubicacion y su firma digital. Pero los primeros 3 ETD_GetSmart.exe, MSI7EB5.tmp y MSI7EA4.tmp nose su ubicacion ni su firma digital y me preocupa que sea un virus, requiero de su ayuda profesional.Adjunto capturas:

Mi pc se cuelga aleatoriamente y nose que es lo que lo causa

Hola, hace un mes aproximadamente me compre una pc la cual armaron en ese local, y luego le instale el windows 10 Pro en otro local. El problema es que desde el dia 1 en que ya tenia el windows instalado y podia empezar a usarla no paro de darme pantallazos
azules y cuelgues (mouse y teclado congelados junto a la pantalla), forzándome a apagarla manualmente. Además otro inconveniente que quizás tenga que ver con los cuelgues es que tengo 8GB de ram instalados pero solo me reconoce 5,94GB (no dice cuantos son
utilizables).

Otra curiosidad es que mientras estoy jugando a algún juego (CSGO, Apex Legends, Rocket League) nunca se me colgó o muy rara vez, pero mientras estoy navegando por internet (chrome, Microsoft edge, mozilla, etc) es cuando mas frecuenta a colgarse, siendo
que si abro muchas pestañas el cuelgue esta casi asegurado, o también mientras estoy dentro de la aplicación de discord (no en una llamada sino chateando o adentro de un servidor).

Tambien me descargue el programa BlueScreenView (programa que analiza los BSOD) y solo me pudo analizar 3 pantallazos azules, y en los tres hay un exe en común que causa problemas y es ntoskrnl.exe.

Si alguien me puede ayudar estaría realmente agradecido ya que es una pc nueva y necesito saber que es lo que esta causando problemas ya que aun tengo garantía de los componentes. Gracias de antemano ^^
