Windows 10: query re- my defrag

Discus and support query re- my defrag in Windows 10 Performance & Maintenance to solve the problem; When I open my defrag I see these options. What exactly are the top two and what do they do?     Windows Defrag

    When running defrag, there is a drive listing for Windows RE Tools. It shows as a solid state drive and that it has never been defragged. It will not optimize. Clicking on it does nothing. Any suggestions?

    They are not files. They are disks (see where it says "select 1 or more disks").

    They are most likely your EFI Boot and Reserved partitions.
