Windows 10: Question About KB5001716 In My Apps List In Settings

Hello,I have Win10 version 22H2 on my HP Omen computer and my wife has the same on her HP Envy laptop and we are perfectly happy with it. KB5001716 doesn't show up on installed updates list

So I wish to uninstall KB5001716 win10 update but when I actually go to control panel >...>installed updates there is no such update listed there even though it is listed in update history in settings app. How am I supposed to make it show up in control panel and thus make it possible for it to be uninstalled?

 

Desktop HTML shortcuts being listed in Apps under settings?

A friends Win 10 installation is listing Desktop HTML shortcuts under Apps in the Setting App listing. Seems to have happened after he downloaded and installed a program in support of some two way radio equipment. System Restore does not correct the problem. Suggestions appreciated.
