Windows 10: Question About Terms and Agreements

Hello,

I hope I ask in the correct category and topic or close to the category and topic I want to ask about.

I know that Microsoft encourages its users to always read and understand the terms and agreements provided before using software and service. InMicrosoft Software License Terms for Windows, Microsoft explained that the user should review the entire agreement, including any supplemental license terms that accompany the software and any linked terms and agrees to read the terms before using software or services.

But, are users still permitted by Microsoft to use software and services such as Windows, Microsoft Account, Microsoft Edge, and/or other Microsoft software and services if they agree to the terms and agreements provided such asMicrosoft Software License Terms for Windows and/or other agreements provided but they didn't read and understand the the terms and agreements provided?

• How is the screen resolution, when you try to accept the terms?

It could be that the screen is zoomed in, I suggest you to press Control key + "-" key to zoom out and check, if that helps.

It is just so that if someone does something on Skype or anything else Microsoft can say, "see look it's against the terms of our agreement! It's not our fault!"
