Windows 10: Question about the license types and activation

My windows 10 activation is showing activated via digital license but i bought the box from a retailer and used the key which is in the card.

I think it was even activated before i enter my product key but i entered it anyways again. (The pc was pre owned but i formatted the pc)

Activation and licensing

For licensed Windows versions to fix the activation problem perform the following step:

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

slmgr /ato

Your Windows license will expire soon. You need to activate it in settings

• What is the build number and version of your Windows?
• Have you encountered any error codes?
• Are you connected to a domain or managed by a Windows Server?

In the meantime, we suggest that you perform these steps:

• Click on Start.
• Type cmd, and right-click on it.
• Select Run as administrator.
• Type this command, and then press Enter:
  
  wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey
• Your product key will now appear. Write it down or copy it to a safe location.
• Press Windows key + I to open
  Settings.
• Click on Update & security.
• Select Activation tab.
• Click on Change product key link.
• Enter the product key that you've got from the Command
  Prompt window.
• Click on Next button.

• Did you run Showkey as suggested by alphanumeric in post #23?
• Have you entered the Win8 product key as identified by Showkey?
• What type of Win8 license has Showkey identified?
• When you downloaded the Win8 installation media from Microsoft was it for the exact same type of license as identified by Showkey?
