Windows 10: Question about updates and troubleshooting

Please help, I'm stuck I'm running windows 10 on my laptop, it's an old one, for some reason I had to shift for my work but I saw it's not updated to latest versio, I tried to update but this error code 0x80070003 and not updating. I have tried troubleshooting many times with windows troubleshooter, restart and other things, I can also not access my store to download some apps from there. Please help me

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
