Windows 10: Question about using Add-AppxPackage install default Windows app

I have a question about using App-AppxPackage to install default Windows app.

Using Windows Calculator as a example, I noticed C:\Program Files\WindowsApps consists of the following:

Microsoft.WindowsCalculator_10.1506.19010.0_neutral_split.scale-125_8wekyb3d8bbwe
Microsoft.WindowsCalculator_10.1510.9020.0_neutral_split.language-zh-hans_8wekyb3d8bbwe
Microsoft.WindowsCalculator_10.1510.9020.0_neutral_split.language-zh-hant_8wekyb3d8bbwe
Microsoft.WindowsCalculator_10.1510.9020.0_neutral_split.scale-100_8wekyb3d8bbwe
Microsoft.WindowsCalculator_10.1510.9020.0_neutral_split.scale-125_8wekyb3d8bbwe
Microsoft.WindowsCalculator_10.1510.9020.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe
Microsoft.WindowsCalculator_2015.1009.20.0_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe

Do I just need to do:
Add-AppxPackage -register "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WindowsCalculator_10.1510.9020
.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\appxmanifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode

and will this cover all 7 items above or do I need to do it once for each of the 7 items?

I run windows 10 pro 64 bit

There's been problems with the kb3106246 and kb3081704 updates to windows 10 not applying directly; well I downloaded them, extracted the .msi files from the .cab files (the 64 bit ones), and used 7zip to extract the files from the msi packages and I get
the following files

kb3106246: AppxPackage, DVDPSFile, LicenseFile

kb3081704: AppxPackage, LicenseFile

both of these files here I believe are needed to update the windows dvd player, now this is just an inquiry, but I had a thought of using the windows powershell (ISE) app to install these files directly, and this link gave said idea to me

Add-AppxPackage (appx)

is there a way I can use the knowledge here to manually install the update files using windows powershell (ISE)

this is more or less a "might as well mess around with it" thing

From my understanding of trying to get the calculator back after sysprep, The one you need to register is "Microsoft.WindowsCalculator_10.1510.9020.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe" Although I still have not been able to make the calculator work. Maybe the other folders are dependencies for making the x64 to work.

 

I got all of them to work after installing all the them but I only did it on the main package, didn't do it on the other 6.
