Windows 10: Question About Voice Recognition Error

Hello, first time posting here, so if I do anything wrong, please let me know!So for awhile now I've been encountering a few issues with different errors on apps/programs on my Windows 11 computer. The computer is pretty new, I got it in the start of 2023, and it's run great since. I have 2 different error codes for 2 different apps/processes, but I will post them separately as to not confuse things.First one I will post about is an error code I'm receiving with the Speech to Text program the one you get when you hit the windows key + H, if it's called something else, I apologize.   When you tell voice recognition what are you referring to?
  
• 
  Are you referring to voice recorder or Windows speech recognition?
  

I would suggest you to run the run the inbuilt app troubleshooter.

Follow the steps:

• 
  Press “Windows” + “X” and select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting and select View all on left hand side of the screen.
  
• 
  Select the Windows Store App and follow the instruction to troubleshoot.

Voice recognition doesn't work (Windows 10)

Trying to resume contact with dalchina.
Dalchina (thanks again for your assistance previously with my Voice Recognition issue). About your conclusion that it is probably a case of interference by some other Service, and the suggestion of performing a "Clean Boot" deactivating them all and subsequently other repeated boots each time reactivating some of them until the culprit can be so identified: I replied that I don't feel skillful enough to do that.
But I've looked into it and I saw this: after calling "msconfig" and reaching up to the list of Services, once I Hide the essential ones by Microsoft, the only services that appear checked (in this newly bought computer) are 2 by my antivirus (PANDA).
My question now is this: would it be useful to just uncheck those two, in that same window, and try the Voice Recognition, without doing the Clean Boot?

Please answer the following questions to help you better.

• Are you able to set up the speech recognition on your Windows 10 system?
• Do you get any error while using the Windows Speech recognition? If yes, what is the exact error message?

I would like to let you know that before you set up Speech Recognition, please make sure that you have a microphone set up.
