Windows 10: Question about Windows 11 Microsoft Account Sign-in Service Issues

This question relates to 2 areas: 1 Windows 11 OS performance issues first issue I was trying to resolve 2 MS Office 365 issues which start if I do as suggested to fix the Windows 11 performance issuesI've not seen this exact issue addressed anywhere, so sorry if it has been.I've been having issues that appear to be related to the Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant service in Windows 11. My PC has been randomly crashing and rebooting every week or so. The culprit appears to be related to AUTOPILOT.dll causing critical errors at the time of the crash. Autopilot.dll

  Do you receive any error message when you try to Switch to Microsoft account?
  

I suggest you to follow the methods below:

Method 1

I Suggest you to start the "Microsoft account sign in assistant" service and check if it helps. If its already started then stop it and restart the service.To do so,follow the steps below:

• Type services in the search bar.
• Select Microsoft account sign in assistant service.
• Right click on Microsoft account sign in assistant
  and click stop to stop the service.
• Right click on Microsoft account sign in assistant
  again and click restart to start the service.

Method 2

I suggest you to create a local admin account and then switch to microsoft account and check if it helps:

Follow the steps below to convert a local account to Microsoft Account:

• Press “Windows + I” keys to open Settings.
• Select Accounts.
• Tap or click Switch to a Microsoft account and follow the on screen instructions.

• Is this the only account on the computer?
• Was this account upgraded from previous version of Windows?

It looks like you are using a local account. I suggest you follow these steps:

• Click on search in taskbar and type account.
• Click on Accounts.
• Now, under Your account, click on Sign in with Microsoft account instead.
• Enter your Local account password for confirmation and then follow the screen instruction.
• Enter User name credentials for your the new Microsoft account and click OK.

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?
