  1. Question about Windows coming from a previous MacOS user

Very simple question, basically on MacOS when I'm in something like Google Chrome and I click on "chose a file" on a webpage (non specific), MacOS will pop up a window where I can manually search for the intended file, there is though a workaround to this where you simply drag and drop the file from your desktop (presumably, it doesn't have to be but that's where it is most of the time) into the dialog macOS popped up and it'll automatically go to the file for me and select it, from there I can click upload and there you go, but now since I've moved to windows I've noticed that this feature just simply isn't there, when I do the same thing on windows it just simply tries moving the file to the location the screen is on at the moment, I then thought I was smart and tried dragging the file into the text box where the path goes but no, this did nothing, so then, for the next 2 months I've resorted to just copying the file and pasting it into the path text box and just removing the quotation marks but this sometimes gets quite annoying, am I doing something wrong? does windows not actually have a click and drag feature for their built in file select box when trying to upload something to google? I feel like they would but I just can't find it. if there is some sort of windows variation of this macOS feature I like could someone tell me maybe how to do it? or the closest thing to it?

DiRT Rally is Coming to MacOS on November 16

macos is worse than a potato when it comes to gaming performance.
People like to complain about linux but macos is half as good as linux which is 80-90% of windows and the lack of high performance macs makes this quite a demanding game for mac's LOL

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.

Question about Windows coming from a previous MacOS user

Unknown User Account created after upgrading to windows 10. It comes back if I delete it.

    Original Title: Unknown User Account

    Hello,

Since I upgraded to Windows 10 I am seeing an account that I did NOT create. So I deleted it by going into Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > User Accounts > Manage Accounts then I click on the unknown user account and delete it. That said.... It
comes back. I have also followed the below suggestions from other posts and still does not seem to work.

Let’s try simple steps and check if the user account is detecting and try removing it.

    • Press Windows key + R, type netplwiz and press Enter.

    • Check if the user account is appearing on the list.

    • Click on user account and click on Remove. (If user account appear on the list).
    Please advise.

    Thank you
