The reason I ask is because I had no troubleshooter option in settings, other troubleshooters, wasn't available. And there is No .exe folder, for this App, I guess it isn't considered an actual App. I'm talking about Paint3D. I'm having some crashing problems with the program.

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

  4. Question, is it just as effective to right click an app, in task manager to access...

Manually place an app in Task Manager startup folder?

I already have a scheduled task for it, but it is not listed in that active tabs summary list. If it matters, it does run when finding it in the task manager library, right clicking and selecting "run". I didn't find anything in it's Task Manager properties for "run at startup". All my scheduled tasks were only set up to avoid the "User Account Control" permission.
