Windows 10: Question: Is it likely I'll be able to upgrade from Windows 11 22H2 to Windows 11 23H2 next...

I'm not getting anything besides Windows Security definition updates in Windows Update, and the PC Health Check program doesn't do anything, not even show me an error message, when I try to open it on my Acer Aspire 5. I'll wait at least three more years before I get a new PC with at least 640 GB of storage, especially to move just under 500 GB of videos from OneDrive to Degoo Cloud awaiting Microsoft to start offering 3 TB personal OneDrive subscription plan. Dropbox has done it for years, and Apple just started not only six TB, but 12 TB for professional photographers who don't need anything
