    Hello,If I want to protect my private information when I bring a laptop into a repair shop, I was told I can delete my Microsoft account and replace it with a new one, but I have to type "netplwiz" into the laptop to totally "remove" that old account, after which only the new "adminstrative" account will exist, with no personal info; however, I have a couple of questions concerning the security:1 If some of my personal documents are on my computer, not only on OneDrive, wouldn't they still be there even if I entirely delete my original Microsoft account? 2 If I delete a Microsoft Account fro

    • When you say that "It brings me to the family safety website alright, but it will not add the computer to the child account", are you referring of adding the device as trusted for the child account in the family safety?
