  1. Question on Cookies: What are the risks of cookies?

Hello,I am under the impression that cookies can not harm your computer, at least not directly; however, I've noticed that different pop-ups appear on my screen after I've approved a number of cookies on various websites. If I do a clean out of the cookies and cache -- which is work because everything must be filled in again -- I've noticed that those pop-ups disappear, though after a while they may be replaced by other pop ups.For example, until I cleaned my cookies and cache two hours ago, the following pop up repeatedly appeared on various websites: Wthy is this? Are these pop ups harmful

    :)
