Windows 10: Question on friends behalf.

So my buddy was wondering if it was possible to split his desktop audio into 2 different channels. Let me explain, he likes to watch YouTube videos with one headphone as he often has people over but would like just know if it was possible to have a games audio only come through the opposite headphone. I understand how backwards it sounds but I wanted to know if it was possible to even do.

Example: Have Youtube run on his left and a game in his right, with the ability to manually sort which audio sources go to his specified headphone.

I know this is an odd request, but being on PC I just thought something like this has to exist, if you can point me in the right direction I would be very thankful.

Any reason for listing the 3820? Socket 2011 is total overkill for what your looking for. Socket AM3+ would be more appropriate.

Perhaps a stupid question, but what is the friends feature used for anyway? What is the added value of instantly knowing you added someone to your friends list?

Background: Xbox auto-suggested friends. I'd never seen the screen, so intended to find out who the first suggested person was by viewing their profile. Was the person from my contact list, or just a random person? Unfortunately, the click caused this
complete (probably) stranger to be my first "friend." No thanks. I want to know who I'm adding. I don't see any place to remove this stranger.
