Windows 10: Question on How to Verify How Much Dedicated Video RAM I have

I bought a new gaming computer two days ago. It has an i7 processor, an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 display card with 8 GB of VRAM and 16 GB of system RAM,MS Flight Simulator requires a minimum of 2 GB of Dedicated Video RAM, but the Advanced Display Properties dialog indicates:Total Available Graphics Memory: 8170 MBDedicated Video Memory: 128 MBThe site "Can You Run It" indicates that my Dedicated Video RAM is 4.0 GB.I bought a different computer three weeks ago but took it back because it said my Dedicated Video Memory is 128 MB, and I was not able to change it because it ignores the

I want to play Grand Theft Auto IV and don't have enough dedicated video ram. Can somebody explain to me, step by step, how to do this, if possible? And what would happen if i ran the game without the necessary video ram? By the way, i have a Intel(R)

Dedicated Video RAM

I remember there was a time when you could increase your dedicated video ram through custom settings before your system turned on.

This way no longer works (or maybe I'm doing it wrong). Is there a way to increase your dedicated video ram or will I just have to buy a new card. PlEAS HELP.
