    Hello,As part of my troubleshooting a problem with an application, I'm trying to understand the difference between how Windows 10 loads in Safe Mode and when you use the Selective Start Up function for having Windows boot with only Microsoft services enabled. An application that has been giving me problems partially loads in Safe&nbs
