Windows 10: Question regarding Windows 10 desktop background functions

Hey, so I'm wondering if there is a way to have different desktop background settings on two monitors. On my main monitor, I would like a a constant image but on the secondary monitor, I would like a desktop background with the slideshow function. Is this possible, and if so, how?

Desktop background question

I have pointed the Desktop Background to use a folder on my C drive that I have filled with pictures. It works fine, however there are some picture that NEVER seem to come up and appear. Is there a "type" of picture that will not work? Do they have to be
a specific file type in order for Windows 10 to use them? And if it is not the type of file that is the issue are there any other regulations? Will it only read or recognize so many pictures in the folder? Size? etc.

I just do not know why some appear and some do not?

I don't think its possible at the moment but MS have been improving the ability to configure desktops on two or more monitors so it is worth sending your request in as feedback. No, it's not possible "out of the box" right now. There are probably 3rd party tools to do this though, but not sure about having one static image and one slideshow.
