    Questionable Phone Call


    Hello,


    I received a phone call from the following number: (845)202-3488 stating that my network and firewall security were at risk (on an old computer) and that it needed updated. I informed them that I purchased a new computer, to which they responded that it needed updated on this device as well. They had me pull up system configuration (they did not do anything to my computer) but showed me that some of my systems were in "stopped" status. Is this normal or do I need to be concerned about this?

    Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

    When my phone fails to upgrade I just keep trying. One upgrade took 3 or 4 tries.
