Windows 10: Questions about Computer Temperatures?

Context: I live in the USA which means I grew up learning Fahrenheit not Celsius. I enjoy technology and learning but sometimes it's hard because of learning disabilities I have.Questions:1: Does anyone have a quick way to switch the computer temperatures to Fahrenheit instead of Celsius?2: If I have to switch to start learning about Celsius temperatures for Computers what are your suggestions?3: Is there some kind of Official software not a scam that tells you when to check your computer temperatures?Thanks in advance for your replies!

I followed these steps exactly and the only thing showing in my task bar is a sun icon but not temperatures are being displayed.

In order for us to assist you on how to display the temperature application on your taskbar. Kindly follow these steps:

• Click the Windows or the Start icon.
• Look for the weather application under tiles.
• Right click it then select More.
• Choose Pin to taskbar.
