Windows 10: Questions about Smart App control feature coming to Windows 11 home

HI would like to ask some questions about a security feature that is coming in a feature update called Smart App Control. First I would just like to say that I bought my laptop from Dell.com I purchased this Dell laptop On March 31, 2021. The reason I am asking this question is because previously this laptop had windows 10 home on it before I installed windows 11 home on it for free. I did not do a clean install of windows 11 home on my dell laptop. So I would like to now for clarity if I have done the above does this mean I have to do a factory reset of windows 11 on my dell laptop in o

You've gotta be kiddin' me. There must be some way to disable this "Get the App" notification or else I'm staying away from Windows 10 for good. Total nonsense. This feature won't be available to Enterprise users, will it?
