Hi,I have a few questions about an app called Windhawk https://windhawk.net, which is designed for modding and customizing Windows applications.Is this app legitimate, and could using it result in any issues like being banned or causing instability in Windows?Is the app safe to use? I’m cautious about running third-party software that modifies the OS.I scanned the file on VirusTotal, and while most engines didn’t flag it, VBA32 detected it as "Suspected Of Trojan.Downloader.gen". Could this be a false positive? How should I proceed?I’d appreciate a quick response as I’m eager to try the app

When Microsoft Safety Scanner said something about a detected infection but the summary and log the infection is not listed, that means that the tool uses a cloud heuristic service to avoid a false positive and those previous tagged files are identified now as clean files.

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it allow you to filter the app list.

  Log in to https://familysafety.microsoft.com/ using your Microsoft Email
  account.
  
• 
  Find the user that is correspond to the computer account on the Windows 10 that you are having issue with.
  
• 
  Click on "Game Restrictions".
  
• 
  Under Game Restrictions, click on "Game list".
  
• 
  Here, you can Allow or Block the Apps/Games that you want. If you chose to select "Use game rating" as the setting, this setting will be based on the game rating level you have selected for your child under the "Rating" section.
