Windows 10: Quick access error

Discus and support Quick access error in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I move my data from c drive to e drive.     Quick access error


    I move my data from c drive to e drive. I did location move for Videos, Music, Documents, and Pictures in properties opinion. I can access the files but I can't pin for quick access. I have error for Videos, Music, Documents, and Pictures. the Error is "the parameter is incorrect". I have runDISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth SFC /Scannow I have not luck fix. any help is welcome.P.s. I can't upload any image to Microsoft help. I can change jpeg, png, and shrink files but no dice.
