Windows 10: Quick access in Explorer disappears inexplicably

Dear CommunityI am facing a pressing issue in the support department of my company regarding the Quick Access bar in Windows Explorer, which inexplicably disappears. The pinned links there are getting detached and simply vanish.All devices in our company are using:Windows 11 22H2 Build 22621.2861No roaming profilesNo OneDriveNo data synchronization not even with MicrosoftSo far, I have taken the following measures, but without successelete the contents of the folders: %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinationsDelete the contents of the folders: %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\R

Quick Access Crashes Explorer

Hi Bill,

Quick Access is a new feature in Windows 10 File Explorer navigation pane which helps users quickly navigate to locations which are frequently used. However, if you're having issues with Quick Access, you can try to disable and enable it. To disable Quick
Access, follow these steps:

• Type File Explorer Option in the search box.
• Click on File Explorer Options.
• Under General tab, choose This PC in the Open File Explorer to: drop down menu.
  
• Uncheck Show recently used files in Quick access and
  Show frequently use folders in Quick access.
• Click Apply an OK.
• Restart the computer and re-enable Quick access.

Let us know how it goes after performing the suggested troubleshooting steps.

 

File Explorer/Quick Access

I recently started having a problem with File Explorer and Quick Access. When I start my computer, all works fine but then gradually the files as listed in File Explorer and Quick Access start to disappear and soon there are none present. I need to
restart and again they are there but also again they start to disappear. Has anyone else had this problem and any suggestion to correct? Thanks/

Quick Access Disappears...

My Name is Paul one of the Community Advisor and a Microsoft Consumer like you. My Suggestion is try to reduce the items from your QUICK ACCESS and for your to acheive that try collapse your Quick Access from the FILE EXPLORER then right click on an Item and choose UNPIN FROM QUICK ACCESS and it will let you reduce/manage the items below the Quick Access whenever you collapse it.

If the said steps did not manage to resolve it. Please attach a screenshot of your file explorer for me to analyze what you are trying to achieve.
