Windows 10: Quick Access not showing in navigation pane since Windows 11 update

I updated to the latest version of Windows 11 yesterday. When I opened File Explorer, Quick access and recent files/folders were showing to the right of the window, but the Quick Access folder option was missing from the navigation panel on the left. So if I click away from this Window I've lost Quick Access. How do I re-enable Quick Access to the left part of the navigation pane?Please look at the screenshot before replying. Quick Access is enabled in view mode options and can be seen, but is missing from the left side of the navigation pane.Thanks for any help.

Remove Quick access from Navigation Pane in Windows 10  


I followed the steps in the this tutorial and was able to remove the Quick Access feature from the navigation pane of Windows Explorer - thanks for this.

However, the Quick Access feature can still be seen in the navigation pane of the save dialog explorer when trying to save a file from a web browser, for example. Do you have any tips on how to remove the Quick Access feature from this location as well?

Thanks Shawn When I was looking at your request for the reg files I saw that the one in root wasn't done and I thought maybe I misread the Tut..LOL But it is now out of the navigational pane but the folders are still there but I think that maybe they should be..

How to move Quick Access to Navigation Pane

Hi,

Currently my Quick Access is displayed in right pane when selecting the Home icon in the navigation pane. When I go into the File Explore option, Quick Access is missing. I only have in the pick list: HOME; THIS PC & ONE DRIVE PERSONNAL.

How can I make the Quick Access folder appear in the Navigation (Left) Pane?
