Windows 10: Quick Assist fails

    Hi,

    Do you get any errors when using Quick Assist?

    Please try running the troubleshooter available
    here     to address this issue with the app.

    Quick Assist fails

    Hi borgus.

    Sorry I can't help you on specific question but a product I use to perform same function is Teamviewer available at Teamviewer.com.

    Lots of functionality and free for none commercial use. Very reliable.

    Thanks Ken. I'm aware of TV. QA is very slick, when it works - which it isn't for my friend. It appears that he may have to do a 'reset' to get it up to par ... or perhaps await the impending W10 major upgrade.
