Windows 10: Quick Assist spinning dots on AAD-joined machine

I have deployed the Quick assist app via my Intune portal. When I try to connect to a standard user on an AAD joined device I get spinning dots and it never connects. But if I am the one logged into both of the devices it connects. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. Run an SFC scan and repair. Tried it in clean boot mode. Turned services on and off. Same spinning dots?Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Really hoping someone will have insight on how to solve this.

I need to do a screen sharing session with MS support (for MS Teams in this case) and MS has turfed all other remote assistance options outside of Quick Assist like Logmein. Problem being that when I try to launch Quick Assist on my fully updated Win 10 machine all I get is the spinning circle. Never loads. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. Run an SFC scan and repair. Tried it in clean boot mode. Turned services on and off.

Finally, I tried disconnecting my machine from Azure AD and logging in with just an outlook.com local account. Worked fine in that case. But, when I rejoined the machine back to the domain, I am back to spinning circle hell.

How can I get QA to work on an AAD-joined machine??

Quick Assisting Spinning

I am trying to start quick assist however when I start it, it is just spinning dots. What is it waiting for? I have tried starting as the administrator and it does the same thing.
