Windows 10: Quick Question to Anyone With Knowledge on How Website Loading and Code/JS Works

I had a bit of an inquiry to anyone who may be well-versed or have a little bit of knowledge on the way Google loads websites and code; I'm aware this might not entirely be a Microsoft question but it also has to do with malware and a lot of folks here are quite knowledgeable, plus I run on Windows 10 22h2my question pertains to the Featured Snippets that Google may present when you search something, the boxes of information from a website. does this load the website and open you up to any form of malware that the site might containI am aware viruses typically come in the form of interacting w

Have been browsing this forum and am impressed by the user responsiveness to random questions...nice,...as compared to some other forums Ive visited.

My question????
Can you suggest a comprehensive site or websites that help explain the ups and down techniques of ocing motherboard components that will be benificial to me,...(I've GOOGLED myself out searching)

I would like to become more knowledgable as I gain proficiency on my first build,...without jamming this forum with foolish questions.

Am looking for a logical well exlained source (or sources) that cover the many aspects of OCing configurations terminology,...determining my settings mathimatically and techniques on understanding the same,....(memory freq,..timing,..multipliers,..CPU settings,..voltages as applied to memory and CPU and so on,..what happens if I do this..how to control voltages and components if I do this or dont do it,..and so on)

Am trying to put it all together as do my 1st mobo.

Help knowledge of creating websites is not good

it's not that i don't want to make but i don't know hard is it. if in requires work in notepad that no. i know how to write .bat files in notepad. coding the website myself wont work and i'm not gonna try it. still how hard would something like that be. that's the main question.
