Windows 10: Quick settings: Is my screen always casting?

Whenever I click on the Quick settings in the taskbar, the cast button quickly switches to “wired display”. I’ve attached the pictures below.The cast button quickly switches to this: When I click on it it doesn’t give me the chance to turn it off. Does this mean my screens are always mirrored/casting?Thank you in advance!

Casting Photos to TV via Chromecast

Try the steps listed below to cast Desktop screen:

• Make sure the Chromecast is connected to the TV and both the devices are On.
  
• Expand the Google Cast extension icon and select
  ‘Cast screen/window (experimental)’ option.
  
• When prompted to cast entire screen,
  Accept and click on ‘Share’.
  
• Open ‘Photos App’ to mirror photos on the PC.
  

You may search for an app that can cast your media to any
Google Cast device on your favorite search engine, and install it from the Store.

Remove items from Quick access.

I would suggest you to follow the below steps.

• Right click on the file or folder.
• Select the option “unpin from the quick access”

To pin items to an item already on the quick access bar.

Follow the below steps.

I would suggest you to create folder in the desktop screen & place all the files or folder which need to pin to the quick access.

• Open the quick access.
• Select the Desktop option.
• Right click on the folder & select the option “pin to quick access”
