Windows 10: [ Quick Settings not working after KB5007215 Windows 11 ]

Hi,I recently installed Windows 11 on my computer, the Action Center was working correctly until i installed the KB5007215 for Windows 11 which includes a new version of the Action Center Quick settings. When i use the shortcut Windows + A or left click on the network, sound, battery icons, nothing happens, the quick settings panel appear after a moment then quickly disappear or a black bar appears upper the taskbar system icons.This is what i tried to do :- Install the the following updates till KB5008353 which is the last one at the moment- Run the System File Checker SFC- Run the DISM

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter

Quick Assist not working




I suppose another possibility might be that some related service is not configured correctly...

E.g. Tweaking.com's repair tool includes a repair to set services to default.

I suggest you look at affected PCs and check installed programs to see if there are any that are common only to those and not others, especially 3rd party security programs with firewalls.

I saw a note somewhere that there's no relevant group policy.
