Windows 10: Quickassist Software

Hi, im looking for a remote desktop like quickassist that can shared session between helper and user. But can Quickassist work over lan? or it need direct internet to works?

Hello --- I turned on an older laptop running win 10 22h2 --- to get it updated --- it been off for a few months now

I was having a problem, so I tried to start quickassist to get help from a friend, but quickassist never started the screen

start but the wheel just keep spinning

I thought that it might need to be update, to I had to got to the MS store to go that --- the download/install from the

ms store was ok, but when I start the (new) quickassist i got this strange message that needed to run this elevated ---- I tried that and that did not work --

Any suggestions on how to get quickassist running again?
