Windows 10: Quickest way for Windows to check existing files when pasting?

I'm trying to do manual backups from an internal to an external drive automatic backups aren't working for me and I need to find the most efficient way to ensure Windows checks existing files and copies only new or amended files an incremental backup, I think. Are there any options other than a simple select, copy and paste? What seems to happen is that Windows takes a long time attempting to paste the block of files and then eventually produces the dialog offering to skip or replace. As I want to do this for 600GB of files, this would take indeed a very long time. Any way to speed it up?H

What's the quickest way to spell check arbitrary text in Windows 10?

It is fast in CudaText editor:

• Plugins/ Addon Manager/ Install: choose here Spell Checker plugin
  
• open new tab
  
• paste your text
  
• Plugins/ Spell Checker/ Check text with suggestions: it will show red underlines for bad words

Use the paste you brought. Also I would have suggest artic x4 unless yours is better but yes use yours.

Actually check the temp with the factory standard factory paste first and list the temps
