Windows 10: Quttera inquiry

Hello to every IT professional or techie people here,Hope anyone can help me with my question please. Someone from this Microsoft community provided me the link of Virus Total and I always use that before clicking any links. My friend provided me a skiing video link that he had created. When I checked in Virus Total it says, "No security vendors flagged this URL as malicious." However, under the Security Vendor Analysis it says, "Quttera - Suspicious". Now, I am confused. I looked through web-based what does it mean, however, I just don't understand some terminologies. I just simply want to

How can i restore my accidental deletion of about 1/2 of my desktop icons

Hi,

Since your desktop icons are not in the Recycle Bin, we suggest that you create a new shortcut for your preferred applications. Follow the steps below:

• Right-click on your desktop > New > Shortcut.
• Enter the path of the application you want to create an icon or select Browse... > click OK > Next > Finish.

Note: If the deleted icons on your desktops are not shortcuts, but are saved files, it may be possible to retrieve them if they are saved in OneDrive.

After upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10, laptop ceased functioning.
