Letters 'B' 'N' 'M' ',' not working when travelling.

Hello I have a Surface Book and keyboard letters 'b' 'n' 'm' ',' are not working in South America. It is a EU-based machine which works fine back home. The on-screen keyboard is the only workaround. All drivers are up to date. Can anyone assist?

Hi microsoft team,

after typing of letters b,m,n keyboard cursor going to start of the document. and cursor not moving forward until I press Ok.

this is a big issue.

I have tried to earlier system restore but that not solved issue.

i also tried uninstalling the keyboard driver and restarted system, this one also not worked.

please help.

The "N" editions of Windows 10 include the same functionality as other editions of Windows 10 except for media-related technologies. The N editions don't include Windows Media Player, Skype, or certain preinstalled media apps (Music, Video, Voice Recorder).

In the meantime, we'd recommend performing a clean boot in Windows to isolate software conflicts on your device. To do this, you can perform the steps posted on this

link. In the clean boot environment, check the specified gaming applications and see if there will be a difference in terms of frame per second (fps). The link will also provide steps to isolate the possible cause of the issue. Once you're done troubleshooting,
check the How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting section to revert your device to normal boot.
