Discus and support qwerty keyboad in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; your latest update has removed my ENGLISH keyboard and replaced it with a american one, please can i have my qwerty keyboard settings back...     Cannot Install Chinese QWERTY and Japanese QWERTY.

    I wanted to install the Chinese QWERTY and Japanese QWERTY on my lumia phone, it's English based system when I bought. Every time when downloading the Chinese QWERTY and Japanese QWERTY, I kept getting the following error message "The test suggestions
    update for this keyboard didn't download successfully."

    Can any of your experts let me know what I should to do to correct the problem? By the way, I was using WiFi to connect to Internet.

    This is so frustrating. I came up with password that is easy to remember and easy to type, but only on my laptop. Because my Windows 8 phone doesn't have a full qwerty keyboard I can' t accurately type it there. Any suggestions?
