Qwerty keyboard layout/English input, Korean output

Hi, I've been interested in adding Korean as a language to my computer, but realize that after installing it, and begin to type with Korean selected, it uses the Korean keyboard layout instead of the Qwerty layout. I see no options for this in the settings, nor does Google have a downloadable IME. I want to be able to type in Korean with the English layout, and then have the computer translate that into Korean text. I know that Google's Japanese IME does this, but it seems that Micrrosoft's Korean IME does not allow this. I haven't been able to find an option for this, and the issue remains, despite changing the layout in the settings. Is there perhaps a way for Microsoft's Korean IME to use the Qwerty layout, or do I perhaps need to download a third-party IME? Thank you.

    :)

  2. Windows 10 Keyboard layout all fixed to English qwerty

I recently upgraded my computer to Windows 10, but there is an issue with switching keyboard layout.

I use two keyboard layouts: English and Korean. I usually switch layout using right ALT, but somehow keyboard layout stays English after pressing right ALT. So, when I checked keyboard layout, the display says it is Korean, but when I see preview it is English
    qwerty keyboard.

Is there any way to use the keyboard as I used to?

  3. Korean English keyboard

If there is anyone who faced the same issues as me, please give me an advice.

When you compare the English keyboard and Korean & English keyboard, the key layout and locations are exactly the same as each other except for the backslash (\) key, which is located at the top right corner
of the English Keyboard. The Korean currency unit
W key is there instead of \.

When I use the Korean & English keyboard layout, I can easily switch from English to Korean or vice versa by tapping the
Alt key, and I am able to switch from Korean to Chinese by using the
    Ctrl key.

There was no problem whatsoever in using the Korean & English keyboard when I use English and Korean words mixed in a document. However, whenever I enter the
W key, it shows \ on the document. (on-screen)

Something very strange happened recently. After I type the messages to the Microsoft TechNet Forum for the help, I entered the send button in the display and
    \ changed to W instantly.

My current PC is using Windows 10 Pro (64-bit), Version 1909, OS build 18363.535. If there is any advice to type "W", Please help me.
