Windows 10: qwinsta not working on Windows 10 Home

I see a copy of qwinsta in the windows folder, but I am unable to call the application from with in Windows 10. Gives me an error saying that the application was not made for this version of Windows. I need either a work around or a fix for this I can carry over with my application. I tried putting a copy of qwinsta and bring it over - but then gives another error:

{ErrorPrintf(): LoadString failed, Error 15105, (0x00003B01)} Error [15105]:The resource loader cache doesn't have loaded MUI entry.



I want to say this wasn't a problem before - but it has been a while since I had to work with home version of windows. This is happening to all 1903 versions so far.

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
