Windows 10: RADAR_PRE_LEAK is what ubisoft support told me they found and is what they think is casuing...

I just got a new gaming laptop Dell Alienware M16 R2 that won't load one of my games. The game I am having issues with is Ghost Recon Wildlands, I will launch it from steam, which launches ubisoft connect, and then it will get stuck on the splash screen for the game for arounf 5-6 minutes before the game will launch and then get stuck on a black loading screen. I have all of my drivers updated and. I have been in contact with ubisoft support and they have finally told this: "We have found What is called a RADAR_PRE_LEAK. This means your PC is not operating at it's correct memory capacity. Wh

You don't think asking Ubisoft if their game will work on Windows 10 is a good idea? Can you think of someone who knows better than Ubisoft?

Double click the ISO you downloaded to mount it, find the Setup file, right click to run the Compatibility troubleshooter, try installing it in the suggested mode.

Did you contact UbiSoft Support? They may have a patch to make it work correctly.

 

Why won't Ubisoft's Zoo Tycoon run on my hp notebook?

I suggest you to run the Ubisoft's Zoo Tycoon game in compatibility mode and check if it works.

Follow the below steps:

1. Right click on the Ubisoft's Zoo Tycoon game and select Properties.

2. Select Compatibility tab.

3. Check Run this program in Compatibility mode.

4. Let the game run and then check the functionality.

Also, I suggest you to run the game as administrator by Right clicking
on Ubisoft's Zoo Tycoon game and selecting Run as administrator option
