Windows 10: RADIUS WiFi authentication stopped working 1 site at a time

Almost exactly 2 years ago, we setup RADIUS WiFi Authentication for our 4 sites, all with Unifi AP’s Unifi Controller running on 1 server, connecting to Network Policy Server on our Domain Controller. Out of the blue last week, users at site A discovered WiFi was not connecting, then over the next few days users at site B & C discovered WiFi not connecting, but users as site D have NOT yet been impacted. NPS logs aren’t very helpful, but they do confirm the authentication requests are reaching the NPS server screenshot below of the log details. We haven’t changed any configurations/set

How do I configure my RADIUS server to allow client machines to authenticate to WIFI using a user certificate instead of the Domain Controller certificate?

 

A RADIUS message was received from RADIUS client 192.x.x.x with an invalid authenticator

Hello Team,

I am getting "A RADIUS message was received from RADIUS client 192.x.x.x with an invalid authenticator. This is typically caused by mismatched shared secrets. Verify the configuration of the shared secret for the RADIUS client in the Network Policy Server
snap-in and the configuration of the network access server"

But I updated the shared key as well but no luck.
