  1. Rage-inducing keyboard issue with HP laptop

My laptop is facing difficulties where out of nowhere it appears to start spamming ctrl alt and shift a lot according to an online keyboard test. I have no clue how to fix it. Doing ctrl + alt + delete fixes it for a bit before it comes back proving its not a hardware issue. I tried messing with drivers but with no success out of it. I cant even disable the laptop keyboard from the device manager so that I can maybe work with an external keyboard.I have also tried updating from windows 10 to windows 11 but it didn't solve the issue.

    :)

I see that you have tried multiple troubleshooting steps and I appreciate the efforts that you have taken to resolve the issue. We will try a few troubleshooting steps and see if it helps.

    • Is that docking station compatible with the HP laptop?

This issue can occur is some of the docking station drivers are not working as expected.

You may want to update the device drivers for the docking station and check if that helps or makes any difference.

As the laptop is working fine without any issues without the docking station, suggest you to refer to the steps from this HP article to ‘Troubleshooting
