When attempted to save a file from Siebel Application, the Save As dialog box becomes unclickable

Hi Andre, Thanks for responding on my post.

Steps tried haven't resolved the issue for our users. Just to let you know, we see it working fine on small size attachments, but the medium/large attachments continue to show 'Save As' box as a frozen window with hourglass sign until the main IE screen
(Siebel Application) is minimized.

Compatibility mode has always been in use for this application.

Could anyone please suggest which windows/ms patch could have introduced these limitations.
