Nokia N8 got wet in the rain

That's not a fair thing to say. You can't expect people to leave their phones at home in case it might rain. Just being in a pocket in the rain can be enough to get a phone wet.

Phones should be designed to withstand normal usage. Answering a call in the rain shouldn't be considered abnormal.

Nokia N8 got wet in the rain

My Nokia N8 got wet in the rain a last month while I was coming back from office. I bought it on 1st Jannuary, 2011. I gave it to Nokia care. But they told that the components are burnt and nothing can be done. Now its totally dead. Can anyone suggest me
something so that I can make it work. I am very much worried about it.
