Windows 10: Ram and cpu stick at 56% on my laptop

I’ve been playing halo 2 today performance and if I had to guess performance is basically a third of what’s it usually been is my guess. It would usually play the game smooth as butter but now it runs no better than my busted up piece of shit black one. Same goes for general windows use, like browsing writing notepads etc. This laptop has 8gb and an 256gb ssd. And a AMD A4-9125 Radeon R3 and 4 compute cores 2C-2G whatever that means.

I do have high performance power settings btw It’s caps at 56%

and usually when they say that try to go a step or two more i.e 700 / 800W since they do the measurement on power efficient systems .

the rest of your thread is you trying vaguely to destroy your cpu for no reason by trying to utilize overclocking and underclocking at the same time , why are you trying to do so ? is this the first time you own a dedicated GPU ? btw GPU's almost do it all when it comes to games , the computing part hardly hits the 35% CPU utilization mark so i suggest you stop tinkering with your CPU before you break it .
